Dr. Alisa J. Henley, PhD
Dr. Alisa J. Henley, PhD is Destiny’s founder, thought leader, and expert in human resources communication. She is responsible for helping clients assess current performance, identifying gaps, and implementing plans to fill the gaps. Alisa has partnered with organizational leaders to help them reduce turnover, implement policies/procedures, reorganize and engage employees, manage performance and day-to-day human resources activities, develop compensation programs, conduct internal investigations, develop onboarding/training programs, etc. Her prior experiences include being a director of human resources and a human resources business partner.
Angela L. Lewis, MBA
Angela L. Lewis, MBA, is Destiny’s coaching and human capital management expert and is responsible for helping clients maximize employee experiences, human resources policy, and administration oversight. Angela has led key leadership initiatives for public and private sector. Her prior experience includes regional labor and employee relations officer, Sr. human capital officer, deputy director, and chief human resources officer. In addition, Angela is able to draw upon her past experiences in federal government, coaching, training, recruiting, working with tribal nations, grassroots community organizations, and nonprofits
Dwayne Smith, JD
Dwayne Smith, JD, is Destiny’s Human Resources compliance expert and is responsible for helping clients comply with all employment related laws. Dwayne has been a licensed attorney for over 20 years. His prior experience includes serving as prosecutor attorney, director of compliance in several school districts, and contract negotiator, as well as, managing his own private practice.
